As an agnostic, there are times I want to submit the following:

If you want to gamble, Powerball is the worst way to go. Five and ten dollar scratch tickets have way better odds and offer prizes large enough to make it with the risk. Past that, learn blackjack theory and go hit the casino.

I live in Utah. Gambling is illegal here so most games I've never seen before.
