Originally it started as a simple story I would post in the comments section after another fan of the stories JanusHyde started posting his own story, specifically news articles following his character Green Ink who gradually went from reporter to asshole I want to kill. So I decided to have a little fun and do a brief story about an Assassin with a time obsession. I was going to have him directly employed by Nightmare Moon, but I realized that it wouldn't match up with the story so he acts independently for the good and stability of Equestria. He has a devotion to Nightmare Moon that will be explained later and a very, very interesting back story I will get into later.
He also has a flair for the dramatic and he's clever too. He's the kind of character I can see popping up in stories outside the one, he is set in. Let's not forget the rest of his Assassin Cell, there's Crow the gruff and to the point Unicorn, Snowball the tall and beautiful unicorn with a marvellous sense of style and a heart of gold. Then there is Shade, a Pony who's barely Colt or Pony. He enjoys games, and has a hatred for Celestia and Nobility. Lastly Dagger the quiet Mare rescued and recruited by Tick Tock on one of his outings, being trained up as an assassin, and finally making her first kill in chapter 3.
