Finished Friday; It ain't orange! · 9:54pm Jan 8th, 2016
I considered telling you about how the trees have finally lost the rest of their fall colors, and we are now officially into our 'green' winter... But nah, that's just the weather.
Instead, I'd like to touch on what I actually accomplished this week. I did manage to give ya'll Five blog posts! And managed to finish March's short story... Nope I won't tell you what's going on. But it's about Diamond Tiara.
So what did I do this week? Well, I finished my four year course on US history and Geography!

And so, to celebrate, I want to talk to you about my own home state. Friendship!... Wait, you don't remember studying about that state? Well, it's because, like Twilight, she gets a little lonely at times. And she's... a little large compared to all the other ones. And her ideals... well, you don't want to get on her bad side.
Anybody guessed yet?
Yep, I'm from Texas. Or, in Native American, tejas. The word literally means, 'Friendship'. That's why I like to joke around and say I'm from the state of Friendship. (Talk about looks!)
Texas's nickname is the Lone Star State. This is because of our flag. Texas was originally it's own country. It's boarder was twice what it is now. (That's huge!) And it's the only state, that joined, and wasn't bought to join the US. And we still hold the right, to leave the union if we don't like administration.
Texas ranks second as far as size goes. The only larger one is Alaska. And you can fit three or four Texases into Alaska.
It's population is ranked I think third. California is more densely populated. And I'm unsure after that.
You can travel the world, and never leave Texas... you can even visit the under world if you wanted to.
And if you don't know where to go, just visit Uncertain, because they are never sure.
If you are tired about what's going on in the middle East, just come to our dear little city of Palestine.
Over the holidays, pop in to Bethlehem.
Just don't get lost, because it is, a HUGE state.
(From boarder to boarder milage. To the rest of the US)
Before you go, Go see Fossil Rim.
Go see the Alamo
See the World's Riches Acer
Before or after seeing the famous Rangeretts.
Remember to drive safe.
Watch out for the ants!
The State is big, and so is our culture, if you are in the mood for some more Mexican stuff, Head over to El Passo!
Or over to Galveston Beach.
But at the end of the day. Just know, it's really just one big happy family, and you are her guest.
Don't mess with Texas, and Texas won't mess with you.
Well, I'm gonna hit the trails, so Yee HAW!
Kinda guessed you were from Texas.
I'm a Carolina gal (North if you wanna get specific) through and through, but if there is one state that I would love to visit/move to, it would be Texas.
3673260 It gets a bad rap from the Liberals. And the things they touch on, in all honesty are true. But that's the way we like things, so we don't care that they don't like us for it.
3673185 It's kinda obvious just by the way I am. LOL
3673288 Pretty much.
3673300 Texans have a way about them. not that other states aren't similar, but they aren't known for our mentality.
3673303 True dat.
