So while trying to think of ideas for my fan fic (I'm thinking winter wrap up) I thought of many ideas I know as a smart person I would be terrible at writing, and wanted to put them here in case one of my 8 or so watchers just happens to be a secret amazing writer and will write this idea. If the idea has already been made, then please give me a god damn link.
A Max Payne crossover
This one would be a fucking challenge to write, as Max is a difficult person to write, just look a Max Payne 3 and how they fucked his usually awesome personality up and made him all washed up. The story would basically be Max Payne 2 but with ponies being introduced in the Dues Ex Machina style way every crossover has on this site. But unlike in the games, Max is finally put up against something he is not able to escape. The entered ponies (if all 6 were there it would be too packed) make a complex as all fuck rescue that as will all good story rescues gets fucked up in a obvious and easily avoidable way. When Max escapes and goes to rescue Mona, the ponies stop her dieing but are forced to sacrifice one or more (not all) of themselves to save her, but Max refuses to let them die to save his love as he realises that regardless of their actions Mona will likely still die and saves the ponies lifes, but loosing all chance of saving Mona.
Yeah, that would be hard to write, and is basic as all shit.
A Fallout crossover that isn't fallout Equestria
It seems ever since Fallout Equestria, no one has written a crossover fic not based in that universe. Why can't we just have a fic that allows the ponies to join the Lone Wanderer for once in his entirely human world? The ponies follow the Lone Wanderer through the events of Fallout 3 (including some side quests) and change them in some way. The fic ends with the end of Fallout 3, but the Enclave did better in that battle then expected (btw I'm ignoring broken steel) and defeated Liberty Prime. The enclave are held off in some way by the remaining ponies (at least 1 has died earlier in the fic, in a depressing way) while the Lone Wanderer and one other pony (oh and one of the ponies holding the enclave off becomes a love interest of the lone wanderer, the one that doesn't isn't tho) clenses the water. However the Lone Wanderer finds out the flash of light actually reverses time for anyone caught inside it that is still alive. The Lone Wanderer and the surviving ponies are sent back in time, where it is revealed that the ponies were the sentiant species before humans and that the mane 6 are the beginning of the pony species. The Lone Wanderer is also dues ex machina style turned into a pony (along with some unwillingly to fight enclave soldiers, who turn to help the ponies in the previous battle) and goes to find his love interest, only to find that she is the only one that died in the battle, saving one of the others from death. The fic ends with him leaving the ponies, unable to live with them being a constant reminder of his lost love, and wanderers the country of past Equestria, once again and forever more, the lone wanderer.
Yet Another Cupcakes fic
This one is more simple to explain, but harder to pull off. A complex cat and mouse chronicaling the events after Rainbow Dashs murder. How that works I don't know, but it ends with Twilight being the last surviving of the Mane 6 on top of a building rooftop with the police closing in. Pinkie Pie is about to kill Twilight when the souls of her dead friends show up and save Twilight, killing Pinkie by throwing her off the building just as the police arrive (btw, Twilight was supposed to take Pinkie alive). The fic ends with the police running up to Twilight and going "WHAT HAPPENED" Twilight doesn't answer him and simply walks away from the building without a word.
Yeah, everything I ever write is done by figuring out the start and end first, the middle is done later.
I have more ideas, but thats for another blog post, I'm gonna go to bed now.
Well out of the few crossovers with Fallout there are, I'm pretty sure that none of them are like the one you describe.

It doesn't follow the plotline you though of, though.
For the second, visit The Mojave Express. There are a ton of good Fallout x MLP stories there that aren't Fallout Equestria, most notably the EXCEPTIONALLY good It Must Be Tuesday.
As for the third... uh, I got nothing. Though I do have a comedic, family-friendly remake.
