Remember Where You Came From and New Years Resolution

I'm terrible at speeches.

I'm terrible at a lot of things really, but that's okay. Well, that's what my friends say. There's some truth to the quote "Friendship is when someone else knows everything about you but likes you anyways." That's Loyalty, Kindness, Generosity, Honesty, Laughter and Magic all wrapped in one intangible package. Each of the people on this list fly one of these colors, or have helped me to fly my own set of colors this past year, for better or for worst. So as 2016 rolls in, I feel real need to thank these individuals for granting me a wonderful 2015.

Biker
This is the person that I refer to as Pops. A coach. A semblance of a dad that I needed. A friend that deserves more than what he has now. The definition of man despite his tendencies. Everyone has their flaws, there's no doubt, but through it all, he still holds true to his values at day's end. There's no better coach I could've asked for when I started writing. Biker, keeping doing what you do.

Dancing Dead
The brother I'd never had before. I grew up as an only-child and didn't really have that kind of sibling relationship that I have with him. Always poking fun at my hobbies and being the typical little brother, but he has his big-boy moments. I've watched him grow up the past four years, and I couldn't be more glad to be his brother. Good luck in your enlistment, Mike.

Kim
Big sister best friend forever. She's worried that we'll grow apart in the following years (my guess is after the fandom's inevitable end), but I'm sure that we'll be friends for a very long time, maybe to the end of our lives. She should feel the same because she's earn the friendship many times over by helping me through the tough times. Kim, keep being the brightest and the wisest.

Blitzy
This little guy. Damn, he's been around almost as long as Pops, Mike and Kim. This guy's autistic charm lured me out of my newfag hole and got me to let loose. I wouldn't have been the loose cannon I am if this guy hadn't talked to me after my second or third story. Also, he's a Princess Horsefag, which I'm alright with. Blitzy, have a happy new year, stay in drugs, and don't do school.

Phoenix
Where do I start with this guy? Calling me in the wee hours of the morning, talking about stories, and being a jolly asshole with me. What more can a friend ask for? Meatballs of shame. Scoot, keep on truckin', mah man.

Super Trampoline
Not much to say here other than he helped me realize who's really got my back these days. Chandler, we've all done wrong in our lives. It's okay.

Chelis
Chelis, Chelis, Chelis... Where do I start with you? We met around the end of 2014, when we were working full-tilt for BABSCon. I'd stopped writing for about a good six or eight months, a streak which continued up until these last couple of weeks. You were there to keep the flame alive by letting me edit your stories and letting me be apart of your success. You made me realize that I can still make something of myself here, and you introduced me to some great people that continue to make my life an awesome adventure. Chelis, keep on being that Shimmerfag that writes hawt EQG prawnz.

Seven
Met this guy through Chelis. All-around bro and would be down to fork. Well, that's what he said lol. Seven here provides the entertainment and shows me new things every time we convene with his group. In fact, he was part of the drive to write Give and Take. Seven, when we finally meet, prepare your anus.

Missy
This list wouldn't be complete without the token friendo that comes and defends you like some ferocious mama bear or some shit. She's got a good head on her shoulders if you ask me. People's passion is some game, and she will remind you of that. Missy, you keep doing you, boo.

I'll keep the resolutions short. My first one is to write at least one multi-chapter story and finish it, and my second is to write a decent Horse News article for you drama llamas out there. Peace, because it's 3AM in Commiefornia.

Oh yeah, be expecting that Silent Resolution story this weekend-ish. I thought it would fit better to have the story be released after New Years since resolution is in the title.
