On one hand, my nose is a faucet.
On the other hand, I took my final today for Research Methods in Psychology, and calculating my previous grades I pretty much could almost fail before I got anything less than a B in the class; I needed less than a 62% to get less than a B. But here's hoping for an A on the final and the class.
But today was also kind of melancholy; not sad, really, but introspective. I've been at community college since 2010, which means this basically is my sixth year. Six years and 11 semesters later, I realized something big today: with 2 AAs under my belt and all my transfer requirements left, today was probably the last day I'd be on that campus. Everything I do now will be focused towards transferring and the transfer process for a degree either in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Social Work. I've already done the application and sent out the transcripts from my community college, so I don't even have to go back there for the transfer stuff. I'm done. It's a relief because I'm done at community college but also sad because I had just begun to break out of my introverted self - 4 friends from previous classes and 7 new ones this last semester that I'm pretty much leaving behind. Even so, it's a big step and I'm ready to move forward.
Which leaves time before I (probably) go to a 4-year university to write words! Among the projects in process are as follows:
>Same Song, Second Verse - Chapter 8 finished by the end of the week and edited for next week.
>Life in the Donut Hole - Episode 4 to be finished at most by the end of next week.
>And a Secret Santa project! Holy crap, I've never done it before but I'm looking forward to it.
Woot! On towards writing!
