Okay, these aren't my stories, but...I really like them.
If you want a comedy with the Mane 6, this is probably the best I think of that I like: Alcohol's Effect On Friendship: This is an old story that is a Mature Comedy, mainly in sexual innuendos and language, but its a gut buster in laughs. Its basically drunk Twilight writing letters to the Mane 6.
Another Mane 6 comedy: Rarity snuggles everypony whether they like it or not: A really old out there comedy, where the title basically says it all. Its really funny though.
A half adventure, half EQ comedy: X steps through the portal: A comedy on if keeping the EQ portal always open is safe. Answer: Its not.
Anon-a-Miss: This is a relatively new Sunset Shimmer story that's a what-if on the EQ annual comic story. It's a sort of, everyone at the school go against Sunset Shimmer and you watching her break down and fight back in a believable way.
Another Chance: One of my all time favorites on this site, it inspired me to write A Lost Sunset and include Sunset into my long running story, The Rainboom Thieves. Its another what if story, where Sunset is sent back two weeks before the first movie and she has to decide if she can put things right in those two weeks, or if she even wants too.
