I have no idea what Discord would look like as a human, and I haven't been happy with any drawn representation of it. Not to mention half of them either depict him as hideously ugly or incredibly handsome when I'm pretty sure he's neither.

I think the reason why the human representation of Discord is either super ugly or super/unrealistic handsome is because he's either a rebellious bad boy teenager or an old professor.

I would imagine Discord wouldn't have a 'human' look. At most, if he did, the only difference would be that his face somewhat resembles a humanoid structure at most. I mean, if we humanize Equestria, it tends to be by species which can talk, right? Maybe except dragons, but Discord isn't made up of anything that is known to talk, besides the supposed pony head and dragon.
