Well, it went better than expected!
Got silver medal in everything I competed in, (Would've gotten gold in sparring but one of the judges knocked off a point for something I didn't even do).
The demo was disappointing this year but I hear it's because last year's demo team just couldn't afford to travel all the way from Korea down to Texas this year.
Our school was third place out of all the schools but in our overall score we did leaps and bounds better than we did last year with less people this year.
Oh and I also got to talk to one of the kids who competed in my same division last year, so that was cool.
One more thing, my birthday was on the 17th so now i'm 18 which terrifies me for next year since I'll be competing against adults at the rank of Dan Bo Nim (brown belt with a black stripe). I would start training now but I don't even know the form yet that i'd be required to do (Dae Geup Hyung), or the staff spins (Bong Do Li Ki.)
