Harmony's Creed Brotherhood Database

Alright, here's a quick question. Now, if you know anything of Assassin's Creed, you'll know about the Animus (of which is not important in my story) and the Animus Database, where they store information and neat stuff. It's a great world building tool and also a good history lesson.

Would you want something like this in Brotherhood? I already have something of one started already. What I have planned is to have plenty of short files on characters, artifacts, locations, nations, factions, and events be linked inside the story. You'll see green text link on a name and click it to go to a private Fic named "Database" where the chapters hold the information.

All of the reading will be optional of course, as I understand time and care. If you like world building or understanding a character a little better, this may be for you. However, I rather have your opinions on this because I rather not waste time on something I know NO ONE will read.

Here's an example using a character from both Brotherhood and the original (of which she is hardly different). If you understand my question already and don't want slight spoilers, you can skip or stop here.

Sunset Shimmer
Sunset Shimmer was the pupil of Empress Celestia. She grew up with Twilight and they were best friends. When Twilight was stolen away by the Assassins, Sunset vowed to have revenge for them taking her friend away. After having an argument about the Templar with Celestia, Sunset ran away to join the Templar Order and fight against the Brotherhood. Sunset, proud and eager, met the Templar Masters and was readily initiated into the Order by her understanding of Shadow King Sombra's vision of Absolute Order. By being a clever manipulator and ambitious politician, Sunset flew through the Templar ranks. In her hate of the Assassins, she established a Templar sect called "Hunters" and made Spitfire, her first recruit, the leader. Because of her skills in leadership, Sunset became a Templar Mistress in little time. She was a cunning and devious woman and with her fighting skills taught by Empress Luna, made her a formidable opponent.

I won't officially add them until their biggest characteristics are revealed. That or I'll add only bits of each datalog until they are fully fleshed out (like how the AC games do them)

I would recommend doing them like the games. Would you also add in an occasional snarky comment like they do in the games? Some of these comments make reading them well worth it.
