So you know how I said I wouldn't be writing that Pie in the Sky sequel for a long time?
I lied.
I know its not the big, grand, tale I set out for it to be but its something. The truth is, I recently just dropped out of my TAFE course and I guess since then nothing else has been quite the same.
I've had a really difficult year and a few of you already know what I'm talking about. So, I really wanted to vent a lot of my frustration and disappointment by writing a story about it. Turns out, I managed to incorporate such an idea into Pie in the Sky's tie-in story. Which, people seem to like but I guess it would be nice if I got some more...constructive feedback.
Anyway, I also have other things planned for not only this year, but the upcoming one as well.
Now that Sky's Still Blue is finished and out of the way, I do have a little Hearth's Warming Eve story I wanna write one that I've been wanting to write for a long time. I'm not going to give much away here, but I assure, you it will be well worth the wait. I'm hoping to post that around the 20th of December, right before Christmas. But we'll see.
In January, I'm hoping to get a heap of reading/reviewing done. I have 79 unread fanfics sitting in my read it later library which are just demanding my attention. So I will probably end up doing some sort of 'Million Words in January' thing. Regardless of whether or not it is a million words isn't important.
So those are my plans for the next two months. I must say, alongside my Christmas/personal projects I'm doing I'm going to be quite busy!
Anyhoo, I welcome all followers old and new and I most certainly hope you enjoyed Sky's Still Blue. After all, my editor has already agreed to help me out with my next story. For in his words it "Sounds like an interesting concept."
