MLP doesn't really have many full on spells so far yet the few they do have make you stop and think about what else could be done with them. The Want-It-Need-It spell really doesn't need to be thought into too deeply, especially since it's a borderline forbidden spell, but the book spell Twilight showed to Moondancer makes me wonder what else could be done with it. The biggest things I wonder with it is what would happen if it was used on Sunset Shimmer's journal. Could she talk with others on the other end if Twilight did do? And even further would it allow her to travel to the other world in a way while retaining her pony body.
This actually is a bad habit of mine where I see something like that, even moreso with superpowers, and think of ways to break them or put them to a use it wasn't intended for. It's just a good thing I don't do much tabletop rpg'ing as I would probably drive a couple GM/DMs crazy by some of the stupid things I would do.
