A nice episode overall, it acts as a semi-sequel to Maude Pie and by extension to Pinkie's flashback on the Pie's family. While I wasn't surprised by the parents characterization (Not particularly impressed, either), Maude is a riot as usual and even Marble and Limestone are the perfect complement to their sister. Two of them are too emotional and the others are too little emotional. Simple, yet effective. The contrast between them was nice as we have see how the Apples party and it's always a big deal (Reinforcing Pinkie's family bond with them) and the Pies are, well, frugal would be too much. But the cherry on top of the episode is Pinkie's sheerlove for them and their traditions by extension, showing that she can and will find beauty even if being just surrounded by rocks. That and whatever magic the Sonic Rainboom conjured but who cares, let's just pretend to be poetic and all. Also, I'm shipping Marble and Mac. And there's nothing you can do to stop me.

Mac and Maud would not be incest. They are FAR too removed for it be so. In most countries 2nd cousins or even 1st cousins are allowed to marry and have relations. Pinkie and Maud are both much farther removed than that.
Also gives me even more ships for the Pies and Mac. Pinkie or Maud that could be drama.

Also Marble is Pinkie's twin. I don't think that was ever mentioned. Limestone could be a triplet with them or a separate child. I am not sure which.
3494163 They do mention it's a dragon est so maybe? Also, Pinkie mentions that she is her younger sister by only a few minutes so I think it's confirmed.
