Wow. Over 300 views on a story that hasn't been updated in months. Bronies must really like Bloodborne fics. I'm really surprised my one and only dingy little fanfic has gotten so much attention. I just thought I'd drop this quick blog post to say thank you to anyone who's enjoying what I've put up so far, and for checking out my page. I also just wanted to let you know that the best is yet to come. Over winter break I'm going to outline the rest of the story as much as I can, rework the first 3 chapters, and get an editing system in place for future chapters. Currently I'm slowly adding to the list of ideas on what I want to put in the story because I want it to be a story about the Bloodborne we know and love and so much more. There is actually a surprising number of Bloodborne fics on site, including one that launched just a few days ago, I think.
It does strike me as interesting if only because the lore in Bloodborne is relatively sparse compared to Dark Souls, and the number of "memorable" characters is lower. At least, in terms of what there is to work with. With only a little bit of thought, it's fairly easy to fit Solaire into Equestria somehow, but comparatively difficult to do so with Father Gascoigne or Eileen the Crow. It almost becomes necessary to remove the protagonist from Equestria for a Bloodborne crossover to really work. Or at the least, as works very well in your case, moving them sideways from Equestria — to another level of the dream, as it were — without actually leaving Equestria.
But hey, it clearly works, otherwise you never would've convinced me that it does!
