New Story, and a Few Explanations

Okay, so I might have gotten ahead of myself back in June. I did have a story written out, but reading over it a second time, it wasn't quite ready to publish. So I tried to rewrite it, but then I lost focus. And then I tried working on other stories. And then school started up again.

Hopefully one of these days I'll be able to work on these stories more regularly without getting distracted, but for now, one step at a time.

Truth be told, I've got a lot of confessions to make. First off, I haven't been keeping up with the show since episode 101, so I've been missing out on a lot of new developments. I keep telling myself to watch the episodes I missed, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Second, I've been feeling a bit lonely. My new roommates are constantly occupied with their own activities, and I don't have a lot of real friends.

I know that it's not really anyone's concern but mine. You have your own problems to worry about that don't involve reading my dumb stories that take place inside my dumb headcanon universe. But I'm not looking for sympathy. I just want to be honest with you all.

But the show must go on. All I've ever wanted to do on this site is write stories to entertain you. And if you even so much as crack a smile while reading, I'll know I'm doing something right. That's why I've just put up a brand new story about Spike and Rarity. It's a departure from my comedic stuff, but hopefully you like it.
