I came up with a new story concept apparently.
A little of history, when I started writing in earnest I set out a goal in front of me: I wanted to create a story that parallel the concept of some of the stories I liked.
I created I will kill you yet Discord and Quest for earth pony magic in response to my liking of Past Sin and Foal Necromancer.
I created Darkrise because I am a Spike Fan in earnest.
I created from biochemistry with love because I wished to write something about changelings and the human in Equestria.
But my favorite types of story so far is definitely the alternate universe, The Enchanted Library, and Twilight of the Royal Guard are but the latest in fictions that make me squee every time I see an update in my folder. To rethink the entire show and present it in a new light have been but a distant dream for me. That is until now:
The Wicked Apprentice Witch of the Everfree.
Okay, the concept is still new, and I still need to iron a lot of details in that description, but now I can clearly say, I have a convincing AU story in which I can develop at a time of my choosing.
I just need to finish From biochemistry with love, fix Darkrise, update QOEPM, and create another storyline for I will kill you yet Discord...
Yeah, this is going on the shelf for a very long time.

The same happened with the story from biochemistry with love, I wrote the concept and part of the story but it remained on the shelf for six month before publishing, this one will be the same probably.
