Chapter 2 of Loyalty is coming along.
You will notice a jarring difference in the writing style and tone between the chapters, and I assure you, this is done on purpose. For some chapters, I am staying as loyal to the show as I can (and given that it's the weekend, meaning I just marathoned MLP episodes with FoughtDragon01, that's easier). For other chapters, the more serious chapters, I am not.
It will make sense towards the end.
I've written more of Chapter 2 today than I've managed in weeks, so I'm happy about that. Again, sorry about the delays. I'd like to just blame it on being busy (and it is, in large part, due to being busy), but it's also in part due to some mental issues on my end. Those of you following me for several years know I am prone to periodic breakdowns, maybe a few times a year. Those breakdowns have increased to several times a month. This concerns me, but I think once I am organized again in my mind, I will be okay.
I am able to work, and function, and care for my son, but once he is abed or away with his father, I tend to break down and simply lose myself for awhile. Having FoughtDragon01 around on the weekends has been a massive help, and having friends both new and old, even just over the internet, to talk to has been helpful.
Anyway, sorry to ramble.
