Yeah, they have very similar OC designs. Stellar Bubble's green is slightly more saturated, but it's not noticeable unless you're looking at them side by side. Her mane is darker too, and has a different style. (Though I've replaced the mane in this pic with a seahorse-style comb.) Biggest difference are eye colour and cutie mark.
