The World According to Goji

So yeah, it turns out that, as I have with far too many of my internet haunts of late, I've been kind of neglecting FiMFiction.net of late. And, since I've been getting a few comments 'n' questions I've been meaning to answer but simply haven't had the time/energy for, I decided it was best to fix that in one fell swoop. Riffing on my friend Bookish Delight's own take on the concept, I thus offer up this handy-dandy guide to where I stand on my in-progress stories, as well as a handful of upcoming projects I hope you'll get to see soon. In-Progress Stories

Escape From Castle Midnight
I am very, very close to finishing the latest chapter of this, my longest-running and most significant overall story. I would guess you're seeing the update published in about a week or two, but I don't want to make any promises. Nor can I promise this one is going to start updating much faster than it has the last couple years, but I DO want to at least try and pick up the pace there, at least a little bit, and since I've technically gotten a bit of work done on the next Interlude already, I just might be able to pull it off. Again, though, no promises.

The Visitor
This is, by a not-insignificant margin, my most popular overall story. It is also, pretty handily, the one I am least interested in; I've been fairly unhappy with it from the start, as I feel like it fails to really convey the concepts and themes I want it to, and worse, my interest in "Transformers Prime" soured pretty significantly (due to what were, in my opinion, some fairly bad writing choices in its third season) not long after I started it. I've been putting off officially Hiatusing it for a long time because I know how many people really like it, but if I'm being honest, it's just not a priority for me right now to continue this one, so Hiatus is finally where I'm putting on it, with appropriate apologies to its fans.

Upcoming Stories

TMP Collection
This is one I've actually meant to do for a long while, since the actual "Thirty Minute Pony Stories" tumblr blog of which I was an enthusiastic member, but yes, I'm finally going to collect all the short stories (both those I've written for the original tumblr and its Legacy Forum here on FiMFiction.net, which I highly encourage you to check out if you haven't already) that I haven't posted as individual stories here already. Some of them are also going to get edited/cleaned up and/or expanded, too, so this isn't entirely just a C/P job on my part. Hopefully I get this one going some time this week.

Godzilla X My Little Pony: Equestria S.O.S.
I have not posted it yet, but I actually have been plugging away at this bizarre little passion project for the last couple years. I have two chapters completed and a third currently in progress, but having learned my lesson from "Castle Midnight", I don't intend to publish any of them until I've made more headway into the full story (I would guess once I'm about half-way through the whole thing, I'll start posting a chapter a month, but we'll see). I do, however, want to let folks know I have not forgotten this one, and in fact am still very much enthused to work on it.

To Dwell in Dreams
This is a bit of a personal project, and one I've made no real progress on as yet...but it's also, oddly, more important to me now than ever. I won't provide too many details on it here, in case it ultimately does end up stalling out before anything really happens, but I also wanted to put a little tease for funsies, and to remind myself I still have work to do.
