Continuing writing? · 9:34am Aug 17th, 2015
Hello to those who still are following and... well, still expecting to see some more writing from me. Although I prefer to be optimistic, I've given a ton of false hope about upcoming stories in the near future. As much as I wanted to finish Trials, later on I was not impressed about the story plot and found myself writing at a slower and slower pace until I decided it needed to be scrapped. It was cool to see that it has almost 120 likes now, which is definitely above my expectations. It's not to say I regretted writing because personally I found it be a bit relaxing and quite amusing. The problem is I can't find any more time for it to be relaxing. Having a busy life it becomes counterproductive and ends with me staring at the word doc with little to add. I have so many cool ideas for the new pregnancy fic and to continue the two shipping story, yet so far I only have so little written, even though I love the ideas I'm working with. A lot of thanks is owed to LillyTheOmegaWolf for helping brainstorm these awesome ideas and give insight.
As much as I'd like to keep writing, I don't think you'll see much from me for quite some time. I might finally finish the first chapter of the new story, release another chapter of "Taking Chances" (not fond of the title so that will change), and/or release a bittersweet oneshot. I haven't kept up well with the show either and haven't watched any of the 4th season and + though I would be interested to know if any of them are worthwhile to watch.
Either way, when I do finish something I won't give notice beforehand. It'll just pop up out of nowhere. But thanks anyway to those who left feedback, pre read my chapters, and gave some writing tips. For what it's worth, I really appreciated it.
Sad to hear, was looking forward to Trials. Full re-writes are problematic, its why I try to plan out my stories from start to finish, so I don't risk as much of a need to. I have issues with writing myself, been doing one chapter each month at best and just can't find the time or desire to write much faster. : )
Many episodes of the 4th and 5th season are worth watching. The first two episodes of the 5th season especially because of all of Fluttershy's cute facial expressions and comments.
5th season episode "Slice of Life" was also raved about by most fans due to it being all about small stories about the background ponies, which are pretty funny (Though I really hate that they made Dr. Who canon) ^-^;;
I say all of the 5th season so far is worth a watch, but those in particular stand out. The one involving Pinkie and the Yakostonians is very funny if you like Pinkie's antics and a panicked Twilight.

Awwww, that's a shame but I understand how real life can get in the way of things. Still, even if you can't get to writing, don't be a stranger, it's always fun talking with you. :)
Did you know I actually started writing a fic based on Trials, ages ago? I eventally abandoned it because I'm pretty bad at plotting stories, but it was a fun one to work on
As for season 4: the opening and closing two parters are a must see because they make significant changes to the status quo. For regular episodes, I recommend Flight to the Finish, Pinkie Pride, Three's A Crowd, and Maud Pie. (Maud Pie is my favorite thing about season 4 ^^)
well I'm up for seeing more from you, even if it takes a long time. I myself are being rather slack with all 3 planned MLP stories I'm working on.... slowly.
