Here Taylor some love · 5:18am Aug 6th, 2015
Recently it has come to my attention that someone in our community is at risk of hurting themselves as a result of an attack of conscience: HMXTaylorLee. Here is their post. I don't condone what they did, and I'm tempted to judge them as an irredeemable purpose and be done with it, but that's not not the kind of vindictive person I want to be. Do not judge others, or you will be judged, and by the measure you use it will be measured to you. That was what I was taught growing up. If anyone has a problem with that, take it up with my Judge.
To Taylor: I'm sorry for your struggle, I hope you are sincere, and for whatever part of your crime affects me, I forgive you. I cannot, however, speak for the parents of the children.
post revised on 05-21-2022 to amend my opinion now that I am more mature in my understanding of the situation.
he looked at child pornography for fuck sake.
3325421 that's no reason to leave him to his depression
3334736 No I find that is all the more reason to cut yourself off from someone
3334764 that's your opinion, and you're entitled to it, but my opinion is that no one, no matter how horrible the things are that they may have done, should be left to depression.
Looking back about one year later, I stand by what I said in response to Distorted Flare. CP is undeniably horrible, but I think depression knows no equal as far as horrible things go. CP is a physiological/"fleshly" wrong, but if you assume the perpetrator's conscience does its job at some point, the depression is going to be far worse and... more persistent (to say the least) than any damage the crime may have done. (at least if they weren't actually interacting with the kids/grooming. If that happens, all bets are off)
