    A cover-type image, by Ruirik.

    I may be replacing the current title image with this one in the near future!

    Drabble

    Pegasi had a belief. It gave way to tradition, then superstition, and finally to aphorism, but it grain of truth in it persists. That you can tell all you need about someone by the sound of their wings.

    Why is there no Changeling story called...

    "All Love Is Unrequited?"

    Anyway, it's been a while since I made a blog post for...various life reasons. This is mostly to check in and prove that I am not actually dead. Also that I have written some 25k words of original sci-fi in a month. I am hoping I can keep this up! And give you all a story with jovial insect aliens, sassy AIs, and a mystery.

When it rains, it pours, huh?

SlayerOfTheBad has drawn a rendition of the Ouroboros medallions from Off The Edge Of The Map and Apotheosis.

There's also a sepia-toned, higher-resolution version but it's a tad blurry. Either way, it's a pretty nifty design!

That's awesome :twilightsmile:

I want that as a small metal cutting to put it on my goggles/top hat.

I have actually thought about making it from aluminium, as I have an aluminium forge, but I don't have the right materials to make something this detailed. I'd need greensand and a decent dremmel tool. ;-;
Maybe in the future, my friend. and when I do get the materials, maybe you can buy one.

*kneels down for prayers* Please be from Europe, please be from Europe... Oh, who am I kidding?

Well, with me saying 'aluminium' instead of 'aluminum', you could've probably guessed I'm from Britain.
But I'm not.
I'm from the Netherlands, still Europe.

I think it's rubbish to have two spellings of a scientific name. It breaks the whole idea of it. So I would have found it reasonable that you're an American with the ability to properly spell.

Netherlands is good! As European as it gets. Put me on that list, should you ever get the proper tool.
