So, I have been going to the gym for the last 3 weeks, M-F. Also, M-F, I do not have anything sugary. No candy, pie, cake, soda, etc. The only exception to that is Gatorade, because gym. I also go through like 3-5 large cups from Arbys of water per day at work.
Not only do I have more energy than I used to, soda and milkshakes don't even taste that good to me anymore. If I can do it, being 380+ pounds, anyone can. I decided it was time for me to take my health and body more seriously, and I even got someone from work who makes me look small to start coming to the gym with me.
If I can do, you can too. Make the choice for health and wellness. You'll be glad you did.

Most people would've given up extremely quickly in your position (I would've). The dedication you have is enviable.

3250492 You can do it. You are worth it. It isn't easy, but you can do it. If I can, anyone can. You don't have to do exactly what I do, but start doing something different to better your health. You'll be glad you did.
3250580 I know, but it is either eat fast food, or buy food, keep it at home for the intent of using it for lunch, and eating it in 1-2 days. It isn't a perfect solution, but the only one I have right now.
