There is no title for this.

So, as some of you know, the last couple of months have been a difficult time for me, due to the mental, and emotional stress I was under, which I have talked to a fair number of people about.
What I haven't talked about is the spiritual stress I was under, and still am to a point.

    Fitness and health.

So, I have been going to the gym for the last 3 weeks, M-F. Also, M-F, I do not have anything sugary. No candy, pie, cake, soda, etc. The only exception to that is Gatorade, because gym. I also go through like 3-5 large cups from Arbys of water per day at work.

So, as some of you know, the last couple of months have been a difficult time for me, due to the mental, and emotional stress I was under, which I have talked to a fair number of people about.
What I haven't talked about is the spiritual stress I was under, and still am to a point.
Anyone who has known me for any length of time knows that my entire life I have always claimed Jesus as my lord and savior. That I have always had and put faith into Christian teachings.
Something else that anyone who has known me for any length knows that I am a very intelligent person, and that I question just about everything; why and how have always been my two favorite words.
I have questioned God, the Bible, and various other related things before in my life, but always came to the conclusion, or lack thereof, depending on how you look at it, that God knew what he was doing, and that I just needed to trust Him.
The last couple of months, my brain has been going over a wide variety of things; thousands, if not not millions of thoughts have been going through my brain, even more so than what is normal for me.
The Bible teaches that God is all powerful, perfect in every way, all good or perfect good, depending on how you want to word it, that God is love, and that he is all knowing past, present and future.
I have always trusted in that.
Here lately, not so much.
If God is all the things listed above, I have one very simple question. How does an entity with those qualities create imperfect beings, such as Lucifer, any of the angels that fell with him, or any of the monstrous human beings that have existed, like Hitler, Dahmer, or myself, just to give a few examples.
Now, anyone who believes and trusts in God, as I once did, will say, just as I would have once said, that we just need to trust in God, that he knows what He is doing, etc etc, that He has a plan, and that since God is so much higher than us, there is no way that would could understand His intentions or thoughts.
However, I can no longer trust.
If God truly were such as the Bible teaches, there is no way that he would ever create anything or anyone that would go against His nature. Now, I can hear some of you already saying that the Bible teaches that Lucifer was perfectly created, and was perfect in every way until his rebellion.
I have two problems with that.
Firstly, if Lucifer were truly created perfectly, he would never had rebelled. Period. If he were truly granted perfection, pride, which was his downfall, would have never been able to take root in him, if he were truly created in perfection, as a perfect being would have no footholds for anything imperfect to take hold, such as pride.
Secondly, if God were all knowing, meaning He knows everything that will ever happen in advance, why would He create Lucifer, knowing full well what Lucifer would do and turn out to become?
Lucifer is ultimately the reason that Jesus was sacrificed, which is something that God nor Jesus wanted to have to do.
Why would an all perfect, all good, loving, all powerful, all knowing entity create someone who would not only go onto to be everything opposite to who God is, but who would also cause God to have to sacrifice Jesus, which caused both of them unimaginable pain?
It doesn't add up. There is no explanation that the Bible gives that would explain. And before any of you try to throw scripture at me, I know the Bible better than most.
Now, I say of all this, because I want to have an open discussion about it. If anyone rages at me or says anything less than calm, I will ignore it. If you have something intelligent, thoughtful, or a different viewpoint to contribute, please, by all means, I want to hear.
I don't want to hear any lectures, or anything of the sort either. I want a calm, cool headed, open, honest, intelligent conversation.

Terrific. But have you considered locating and asking the few that know the Bible better than you do? It'd probably be a better place to start than just asking any old FiMFiction follower on the internet.

3449080 That's.....a really good point! o__o

How does an entity with those qualities create imperfect beings, such as Lucifer, any of the angels that fell with him, or any of the monstrous human beings that have existed, like Hitler, Dahmer, or myself, just to give a few examples.

God gave his creations the freedom to choose for themselves what they wanted to do. Lucifer choose not to follow God, he wanted to do things his own way. Same with all the others, and same with this day.

He gives a choice to choose what we want. In that, he also allows terrible things to happen so we might learn from these experiences.

In order to know the good in life, we must also have the bad things as well. Do you think a parent stops loving their child when they do bad things? Even when that child has moved on and started their own life? No. This world is perfect because it is what we need.
