As I look back at this past half of the decade, one fact remains clear: My cousin has had a musical talent superbly self-executed, and with the versatility that shines bright lights on the wonderful songs she sings.

The kick-off track of this long-play album is a wonderful piece that was written by - who else - my big sis Applejack, who showered the composition with love and affection and a sense of real feeling and universalism that has become her trademark. Scattered film themes appear here, including three that, even for those who live on a farm, are beautifully-written pieces. Babs, as a non-stranger to records on charts, sings six such songs here. And there is also a number (My Cup Runneth Over) culled from a recent Broadway show.

These songs are all sung by a wonderfully gifted, talented, and musical individual, whom I am proud to call my cousin.
