Raging Seas was a mafia recruit, and he loved to watch movies with his pony friends.
He had a big heart, but a lack of self-esteem. Raging Seas lived in a small, but cozy apartment, near Ponyville. And he was the only good hearted criminal there.
The ponies hated it when Raging Seas figuratively rubbed up with the mob boss from Manehatten. And they all pitied the poor fool, thinking that he'd have to be a criminal to survive.
