Alright, Chapter 4 is out. Chapter 5 I expect in around a week and half, since that chapter is slightly more storyboarded than Chapter 4. I at least have more planned important interactions. Chapter 5 is where the story really starts moving forward. Especially since, if you haven't noticed, at the end of Chapter 4, events finally caught up to the present (because Chapters 1 through most of 4 was essentially a flashback). Remember that any input is always welcome.
Next thing is that I have a new story coming out in the course of a week, and may or may not take the place of my weekly one-shot. Which means I increase story workload. Which means slowed progress. I updated the description of All Types of Rain to include the approximate update rate.
Lastly- should I try to enter AToR to EqD? I'm feeling no, and that I'll just rejected for so many reasons that... I don't know... (trails off)... But you as the audience may have a different opinion about that. Eventually, I may muster up the courage to do it on my own, but as of now, it is not happening.
