So, yesterday I went to see Jurassic World at the cinema. Being a huge fan of the series, I was waiting eagerly for its release day since its first announcement, but after have seen the last trailer, I feared that the movie would have been like its predecessors, another failed attempt to recreate the same magic of what is considered a stone mile in the cinema history.

Well, I'm happy to say that I was wrong. This movie is not just a sequel of the original Jurassic Park, it's THE sequel.

I will not dwell too much, there's already a ton of material on the net written by people with more experience than me in this kind of things, so I'll just say what I think. The film proceeds with a good pace, with several tributes to the first movie to the joy of the fans, alternating excellent action sequences with several dramatic moments, plus the right dose of humor when needed.
It's not perfect, but it was beyond my best expectations.
