Work Begins

An announcement!

I'm beginning work on my first fanfic. I have been brainstorming for a while, and have developed a very rough plot line.
The story is going to take a few pages out of the Transformers book, but will in no way be a crossover.
Keep in mind that everything is subject to change, however.

Don't expect it anytime soon. I'd say anywhere between 1 week- 6 months from now.

i tried all the basic conversions, and the one that makes the most sense is
(Y!) if the sequence is in octal

probably should have asked before I wrecked my brain on it, but is this a cipher or a code

a code is a mapping from some meaningful unit to something else, whereas a cipher doesnt involve meaning, and maps (usually mechanically) one letter (or ascii symbol) at a time to another using a shift.

i put it in a caesar cipher decryption, and the only result that makes sense is pnlol

3113349 Huh. I'm not entirely sure what it is. It's most likely a map.
Don't bother with it, it was a silly thing for me to do, sorry. I'll update it with something that is doable, and slightly different.
