Cutie Mark Creating Problem · 3:43am May 29th, 2015

I'm currently working on designing/creating a cutie mark so I can place it on my OC here, but to finish the mark I need a new drawing software as Open Office Draw is proving to be insufficient for what I need. I've attempted to download GIMP for that task, but I needed some sort of system/program for it that I couldn't find nor download. If someone could please help me out with this I'd be so grateful.
