Rain, Rain, Go Away · 6:51pm May 23rd, 2015
It's been raining here for the last week. This is an event that happens like once in a lifetime for people who live in Kansas.
No, really. It was about to get California dry here when all of this rain started falling. Now our reservoirs are beginning to become full and we're looking up at the sky saying, "Okay! We're good now! You can stop anytime!" And here we are, with rain and thunderstorms in the forecast until this Thursday.
So, just letting everyone know that I'm still kickin' and writing, albeit slowly. I haven't had much of a motivation to write as of late... well, not for this story anyway. I've thrown down some ideas for the next book, a completely new story, and a non-pony-related story. I've got a chapter nearly completed, and after I get another ironed out, I'm going to start publishing them.
Hold tight. Hopefully your patience will soon be rewarded.
Also, here's the most important video you will ever watch in the history of YouTube.
I'm from Texas; we feel your pain.
I love rain.
3091726 Yeah, I've been looking at the recent drought maps for Texas. What's it like now that you have water down there?
"Do you want mosquitoes? Because this is how you get mosquitoes."
3099300 Yeah, we've got mosquitoes. Don't know if there're more of them, though. Six Flags over Texas has flooded and I've taken to walking with an umbrella recently. Otherwise, it's still unpleasantly warm, but the cloud cover means there are more days when it's rather cool.
