Goodness, it’s been almost two years since I last checked in on Trailblazer’s adventures. IDW putting out comics almost as quickly as I could review them will do that, especially given all of the G5 video media coming out concurrently.

Most you are familiar with Tumblr through the various ask pony blogs thereon. Well, you may or may not know that I used to have a blog or three on there myself, including one of the "ask a fictional character" persuasion. In my case, it was a Magic: the Gathering character. Specifically, Jin-Gitaxias.

Why do I bring this up? Primarily as background for the next chapter of My Little Praetor, which is a silly little offshoot that I'm posting primarily because I'm taking a summer course at the moment, don't have much time for ponyfiction, and don't want to leave you guys hanging. The Core Augur in the story is essentially the one I played on that blog, i.e., less Complete Monster, more Affably Evil. I figured I might as well acknowledge the story's roots.
