So yeah, not used to this. Plus, haven't been on FimFiction in a long while, so I'm new to some of these new features. But this is going to be a blog on my story I'm working on, and anything else that I may think is interesting or funny to post here.

So yeah, the story. Harmony and Strife: Battles of Equestria. My attempt at taking MLP, twisting the plot a bit, and creating a futuristic war between the ponies and the Mentaur, (or however you spell it), Changeling, and Griffin axis known as the Outland Federation. The history behind it is brief, and outlined in the first chapter, named Overview. It basically tells the history behind what took place before the Outland attack, and how it happened. It involves the split houses of the galaxy of Equestria. The New Lunar Republic, led by you know very damn well who, and the Celestial Empire, led by princess sun butt.

The story is anthropomorphic, because hooves and four legs don't work well on space cruisers, especially when magic is reduced to basic telepathy and levitation only. I'll explain that later too, but in future chapters. And it involves the mane six, as well as a few characters I made up and a few friends who created ideas for characters.

Now I know what many of you are thinking.

"Ugh, great, a bunch of OC's that are going to do cool stupid shit and have all the power..."

WRONG!

The Oc's in this story will play an integral part, but they will in no way outshine or overshadow the characters from the show that we know and love.

Speaking of characters we know and love, be warned...

This story is set in a war. A bloody, gruesome, and violent struggle for SURVIVAL. There will be no beating around the bush, and crazy stunts that lead to survival from impossible odds are not only going to be rare but they might, and often will, fail. Take from that what you will, but expect to have feels in this story.

Other than that, I can't say much. Comment what you will and ask questions, but I'm not going to spoil anything. I am going for a story that will be epic, at least in my mind, and that's all I need. I'm writing this because I think it's going to be a good story, and if you don't like it, well, go read something else then. Give it a chance, but I understand that not everyone has the same taste.
