All right, so that wasn't the REAL sequel. XD It got a way more positive response than I was expecting, honestly... hmm. Oh well, will wonders never cease? ^_^ I had a lot of fun writing it, so it's all good no matter what!
Anyway, as I said in the author's note of Red Sky the REAL sequel IS in the works, and since I have tomorrow, Sunday and Monday ALL OFF I plan on devoting a lot of time to finishing the first bit of it and getting it up for all of you to read. ^_^ I really do love writing these stories and it warms my heart to know that you few, you happy few, look forward to the stuff that I write. X3
ALSO, since I realized that I haven't said anything yet, I am officially going to Trotcon in Columbus, OH this summer! I'm really excited since it's only my second time going to a full con weekend and even though I'm a little nervous since I'm really not a big part of the fandom anymore I'm still very excited to go! I'm really hoping to make some connections to other MLP authors there, since I don't really have much of an idea of how to go about networking on a site like fimfiction. I do much better IRL. XD
At any rate, that's all for now! I'm going to try my best to get the first chapter of the new RarTavia fic up and going before Easter, so keep your eyes open! And to prove I'm not just blowing smoke, I'll even tell you the working title: it's called "As the Lily Grows", and it's hopefully going to satisfy everyone's curiosity as to how Rarity's family and friends feel about Octavia.
