Yes, it is an update on April 1st.
No, it is not a joke.
Honestly, I hate it when someone I look to for entertainment decides that they'll just take the day off and waste their effort on a dumb "joke" that doesn't have a punchline, much less for the entire day (Lookin' at you, Game Grumps, you with your 1 hour video of your cats playing).
At the very least, this year there seems to be some initiative with some of these, and some of them are actually funny. The Viva "IMMATOONLINK" Reverie video about how he's now a Minecraft channel had some funny moments, and LittleshyFIM's video was actually enjoyable content at least, so they can be forgiven, but when you're doing something sequential, it's not necessarily a good idea.
So I'm not going to do that.

I kinda liked Crowne Prince coming out and saying she's a double agent and is ousting the competition from within Hasbro's legal department. That got a few chuckles outta me.
April Fools can be a fun day but some people do ruin it for the rest. Knighty, for example, really likes this holiday. That is, if his April Fools posts are anything to go by. >.>
