This is what I do to a block that happens to dislike writers a lot! Finally I got past a few barriers in character depth and such. Currently working on revising chapter one and such.
Cloak: Well its about time Jackal. I thought maybe you forgot us or something.
Hey, I was having a really hard time figuring out physical appearances of a couple of the others such as Radiant, Thunderhead, and even Topaz.
Cloak: ...Radiant?
Radiant Smile to be precise. She's the mare that takes care of Topaz. Her name was going to change from the draft anyway.
Cloak: Ah I see....wait, THAT'S her name? That hardly fits her at all. She never smiles...at all.
Oh how much you don't know, Cloak.
Cloak: ...whatever. I'll find out myself.
At any rate future readers, I'm ironing out the kinks in the first chapter as well as solidify the rest of the story details (and even make room for an episodic chapter during the mane 6 chapters. How the 6 mares will be involved will be explained in due time).
