I Screwed Up The Chapter Art.

So I had a pretty silly idea for the chapter art for chapter VIII. So I worked yesterday and much of today putting it together. Here is the finished art before adding the borders, logo, and chapter text.

Considering I'm teaching myself whenever I have the time, I think I did pretty well. There is a lot of room of improvement, but it won't come overnight.

But here is where I screwed up: planning.

Particularly the third bat pony looking on from the roof. The logo goes right over him. I failed to plan for that. I was hoping to use and alter the border a bit and crop the image within the fancy border I made. However, I didn't plan for what I would do with the logo. I could probably do something else and move it to a different location, but that would ruin the uniformity (I still haven't finished the art for chapter III for reasons unmentioned). Oh well, this is for fun as well as a learning experience. I'll just chalk this one up as a learning experience (aka failure that I'll recover/learn from) and push on with the next chapter and make sure I don't make the same mistake again.
