Perky Pink Parfait first chapter issues

Hi ya'll! I've been listening to what people have been saying about the first chapter of PPPoP, and after rereading it, I have to agree that the mane six not reacting to the changeling genocide section was a major oversight on my part. I will go back through and make some changes. It wont change the story direction at all, but hopefully some things will be a lot clearer, and maybe it will even give some insight to what that section is all about and exactly why it's supposed to feel out of sorts. I fear I've dropped the ball on it, so I should pick it back up and re-serve.

Thank you all for following my story, I really appreciate it, and I love writing for you. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to comment and critique! I take no offense as I'm trying to become a better writer with the goal of one day writing novels professionally.
