I keep losing jobs D:
One might think, oh well you must just be horrible at it then! Yet, it's not me, it's terrible management that keeps driving the places I work into the damn ground! It's been 4 times already. Seriously, every time I've ever lost a job it was because the place either went out of business or sold to a management that came in and downsized. I've gotten more ornery in my years, but still, I once held down a good job for 10yrs, and upgraded them from dos to windows, managed their network and pc's, and redesigned my position 2 times in the process to keep it efficient. Why'd I lose my job? Because the owners decided it was much more important to buy land and houses all over the country rather than reinvest in their business...
I really want to own a business someday so I can treat my employees like humans with lives that matter. Then I can regale them of the old days when every ship was a sinking ship with crazy captains that believed their boats would just float indefinitely no matter how full of holes. Then I'd switch my eye patch over just so I could tell it from a different perspective. Arrr!
No, but seriously, my current job went down the drain for the above-mentioned reasons, and yet when I came in just under a year ago everyone was making ridiculous amounts of money. So, the owners bought up enough land to make a small town, put a convenience store on it and a bunch of houses... while driving their business into the ground.
If it were me, I'd at least had a solid artificial diamond leg grown! Oh, and a middle finger to have gone with it. At least then I'd known the owners were thinkin of me. :}

I need to look into why you say cheeseburgers, for I quite enjoy them. As for the job thing, I'm sorry you keep having to face that, and hope you're back on your feet by now.
