The 10 (Technically 14) Most Hated MLP Characters Ranked by how much I "Like" them

I noticed that there seem to be 10 characters (technically 14, but that'll be shown later) that seem to get the most hate, so I decided to rank them in order based on how much (or how little) I hate them. The character I hate the least will be on top, and the character I hate the most will be on the bottom.
Technically speaking, some of the characters on this list aren't exactly hated, but I wanted to have ten slots to put into this list.
I'm also going to explain why some characters are where they are, but only the ones I feel like.
Anyways, lets get started:
1. Flash Sentry: He's actually my favorite character that's exclusive to the Equestria Girls movies. Some of the others on this list have more personality, but I'd rather have a character that can be improved by having personality traits added to them later, than a character who's personality I despise.
2. Twist: She seems to mostly be hated for her lisp, and nothing else. Even though it's been a while since we've heard her speak, she's still pretty nice.
3. Snips and Snails: These two are the last "good" characters on the list. I ranked them here because even though they are pretty stupid, they still seem to be nice characters.
4. Lightning Dust: I ranked her this high on the list because she is a lot like Rainbow Dash. That's pretty much it.
5. Suri Polomare

7. Gilda: She did some despicable things in her episode, but she's ranked higher than the remaining characters because we don't know why she did what she did. She could just be an asshole, or she could have been having a bad week and was hoping that spending some time with Rainbow Dash could help improve things for her.

10. Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon: These two are the only characters on the show that I hate, and that's mostly Diamond Tiara's character. These two have been the shows biggest villains ever since they were introduced in "Call of the Cutie". They don't have as much power as, say, Tirek or Chrysalis, but they've been able to cause more damage consistently over the course of all of their appearances, than the other villains combined. There is some explanation that could be provided or inferred as to why the majority of the other characters on this list acted the way they've done, but there is no explanation I could think of to explain why they do what they do. And until the show provides an explicit reason for that, they will always remain the only two characters I actually hate.
