Adagio Gets Chased
Rarity met Adagio and gave her brand new clothes. The same crisp skirt, shirt, shoes, and socks that the girl she was impersonating wears. Rarity smiled at her and nodded a hello.
If you read this carefully, you would have known right away who it was. Sunset wears riding boots, not shoes. She also doesn't wear socks. Not ones that we can see anyway. Who wears shoes with socks? Twilight. Also, take into consideration that there's nothing in that quote from the chapter Adagio Gets Chased that mentions Sunset's signature jacket. If it was Sunset Adagio was impersonating, Rarity would most definitely have said something about her jacket, especially since she had to patch it up after the disaster with Rascal destroying it.
The quote and description of the clothes if it were Sunset would be this:

This was when Adagio saw a chance to get away from Flash when the Segway security guys showed up during the chase. Um, it should be pretty obvious it wasn't Sunset. Sunset doesn't have a high pitched scream. Twilight does. Example? In EG, when Twilight fell through the portal and screamed after seeing she had fingers. In EGRR, when Sunset got scared by Maud popping up in the kitchen, her scream really wasn't that high. Plus, she has a lower register. Unlike most of them, her voice isn't all that squeaky.
