The Cutie Mark Crusaders vs. the Elder Gods

So, hey, I've got a new story for your reading pleasure! Well, the first chapter of a story, anyway.

    The Most Dangerous Game

So I guess I missed out on EqD's latest big writing contest, The Most Dangerous Game. I mean, technically there's two days left to submit, but I only just found out about it. Shame, too, because I have kind of a cool idea--just not one I think I can get done within the time left to me. Ah well. Maybe

"An Outsider's Perspective" Featured at the Royal Canterlot Library!

Hey, you know that announcement I've been talking about? This would be it. I'm thrilled and honored to say that the guys over at the Royal Canterlot Library enjoyed "An Outsider's Perspective" so much that they decided to feature it, along with an interview of me. And man, I'm not going to lie, I'm kind

    Hey, so, Flutterspy!

Guess what story I just finished after more than two years of writer's block?

No, not Prince of Ponyville. Probably never Prince of Ponyville.

Nope, it's a story that I feel holds up a lot better, and really deserved an ending: "Flutterspy!"

I'm late to the party, here, but Rainbow Rocks...

I just finished watching Rainbow Rocks, and I have to write down my immediate reaction.

That reaction is: I just watched Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny's kid sister movie. It was freaking amazing.

It's over two thousaaaaaand! · 5:52am Jul 4th, 2012

Hey, 2,005 views on "Get Lost (In a Book)!" And just six likes from 200! That, right there, is a nice ego boost.

Also, "The Prince of Ponyville" is up on EqD as another sequel to "A Teacher With No Class." I... broke down and promoted myself in the comments there. I'm aware it's a faux pas, but I felt a little clarification was in order. Seems odd that my funny little one-shot is the face of two much longer multi-chapter stories. Well, c'est la vie.

Oh, and those of you who've read "Coins and Crowns" (crickets chirp) might recognize a couple of names popping up in Chapter 5. Just saying. :raritywink:

I don't have a long list of recommendations for you tonight, but Paleo Prints did finish "Choices," which you should read if ya haven't. And then read "School Daze," which is even better. His Cheerilee is awesome, and I've probably ripped him off almost as much as I have Chengar Qordath.

Oh, and last night I discovered that some evil bastard combined My Little Pony with Final Fantasy 6. I'm trying to resist the siren call of two of my most favorite things in the world, but if "Prince of Ponyville" suddenly goes a few weeks without updating, you know who to blame.

Well your prince story is really entertaining so inflate your ego my friend, i am happy to say i get to ride on my own as well, i was a fan from the start. :twilightsheepish:

Yes, sometimes I wonder about how your dark adventure came out of a comedy one-shot too. Then I shrug and just read the stories. :raritystarry:
