    I just watched the original Alien for the first time. Afterward, I spent an hour or so calming back down enough to stop trembling from adrenaline. Now the worrying part: Left to it's own devices, my mind has begun assembling some rather terrifying parallels between Changelings and xenomorphs. I'm probably gonna be in a weird headspace for a while.

Tomorrow, my family and I are packing and heading to ComicCON Portland!!! YEEEESSS!!! :pinkiegasp::pinkiecrazy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy:

I'll be cosplaying Arthur Dent, a Borg drone, and finally King Sombra. I'll take lots of pictures, and probably post a bunch of the best ones.

Best of all, my family is all doing cosplays too! My brother's gonna be a mad scientist from the webcomic Girl Genius, Dad's going in full pirate gear, and Mom is a walking credit card... oh, and she has a costume, too. Plus, when I go as the Borg, they're all gonna be in Starfleet uniforms!!!

I love my family. :twilightsmile:
