Hey and sorry all, for the lack of updates this week.
In-between getting a job doing maintenance and laboring on mining camps (hooray for another 4 weeks living with next to no privacy amongst some of the most aggressive and must-be-macho mongoloids I've ever met!) my tower has exploded from the heat of the 'glorious' Australian summer and a house-guest whose malamut/german shepherd dog insists on sleeping next to the fan-vent while I was away the last time, despite me telling them to NOT DO THIS.
So an overclocked gaming machine + massively shedding mountain of a dog + extremely hot day = my tower shutting down because it had cooked itself and is suffering the blue screen of death every time I try to turn it on after taking the casing apart and picking the fluff out over the course of three days.
The story will continue as soon as I can get a new Windows OS for the old lap-top and a working Windows-Word-like program, and furtive typing during what time I can get alone and away from the hyper-macho co-workers.
