Banner Style Update

Well, it took me way too long, but I've updated my style to play nicer with Sollace's Fimfiction Advanced using the new tag he added in his recent update. It changes the action on hover to be more like the default translucent look for my style...I think it looks okay? If anybody decides to use it, let me know if there are problems. It won't be getting a ton of testing on my end, since I don't generally use Fimfic Advanced because all the javascript flashyshiny makes my overworked laptop sad.
