Chapter three of A Dark Knightmare is done. It will be published Sunday, January 4th, 2015.
The reasons for this chapter's extraneous delay are legion, but it will be published on the above date, come Hell or high water.
Chapters four, five and six are all in various stages of completion, but none of them will take anywhere nearly as long to finish as did this chapter, I swear it.
Which brings me to my next point: for my New Year's resolution, I've decided that I would really like to finish A Dark Knightmare by the end of 2015. As you may or may not know, writing ADK was not a random act of whimsy, but the result of about four months of planning and outlining. The entire story is outlined, from beginning to end, and though each chapter has deviated greatly from what I had originally planned, I'm still adhering to it in the way that muscle adheres to bone.
To this end, my New Year's resolution is to sit down at my word processor each and every day, and write.
For better or worse, I am not going to go another five months without updating.
