So, I've got 95 followers now and I said that I'd do a group for when I reached 95 followers. Thing is, I have no experience whatsoever in founding a group. This is where I need some help from you all.
The Admin and Contributors:
I currently need about four or more Admin and Contributors to help me run this group. I'll need some one to:
Co-Manage-I can't maintain the group all the time. This is where the Co-Manager comes in. This person will help me take care of the group and keep it tidy.
Guild Manage-This is someone who will take care of the guilds. They'll approve guild parties, manage the folders owned by the guilds and so on. If taking care of the guilds becomes too cumbersome, managers will be allowed to hire their own helper who will be a contributor. I'll elaborate what guilds are further down in this thread.
Welcome-Just someone to welcome everyone that joins, and help around with the group.
Advisees-People who have knowledge not just SAO, but some other knowledge in anime in general. People who can help others with crossovers and questions about the series itself.
Guilds (Beta):
Guilds are a concept that would add a little more fun to being in the group. What you'd have is that to be able to have your guild approved you'd need five members that want to join the group. You'd present the Guild Manager with your name, Guild members, and then the Guild Manager would create a folder for your guild and a thread for it too.
Folders-Folders will be for stories and collabs of that guild. Only the members are allowed to put stories in there and take them out. Once the guild gets larger and higher in rank it'll be able to have sub folders and other things. Rankings will be explained later in this post. Folders that will be included will be the main folder, guild folders and others if needed.
Collabs-One of the reason for guilds is collabs. For this you need at least two members of this guild working on it, you are allowed to have more than two working on it though. Another would be prompt collabs, where one member begins the collab in the thread and continues it based off of the rules of the thread that will be linked in the prompt thread.
Rankings:
Rankings are a little extra thing to add a competitive edge on the guilds. Each ranking will give you more and more things to do on the group. It won't be as rewarding at the start, but it should get better as we improve.
Rank 4-Any amount of members less than 5. Has nothing except being a guild.
Rank 3- Requires 5 members. Gives the necessities: a guild thread, folder and name on thread list of guilds.
Rank 2- Requires 15 members. Gives Rank 3 privileges, along with sub folders.
Rank 1- Requires 30 members. Gives Rank 2 and 3 privileges, along with a top spot on thread list, option to host competitions and have sub guilds (maybe).
Elite Guild- Requires being a Contributor or Admin, or VIP. This guild will probably be a personal guild for the Admins and Contributors so we can discuss and host different things.
This group will be up later today and most likely under the title Sword Art Online: Remastered. A list of people needed for the job will be under this and crossed off when taken.

2687355 Well, I don't know too much about anime, so I wouldn't want someone more qualifying to miss out on the spot. I have had experience in leadership, though. For my sophomore and junior year I was a section leader in my marching band, and eventually became drum major(the conductor) in my senior year. But being a helper sounds just fine, too. I love helping out with the small things because even though it isn't much, it adds to the big picture.

You'll know by looking at the members. So anyone that has joined after you you welcome. I'll post a blog when I've made the group. But I'd expect it in about eight or nine hours. And yes, that'll be the focus. Collabs will be for the crossover.

Only Co-manager position left... Well, I don't mind doing it if no one wants to. I have experience, I guess: founding one (technically two) group(s), being admin for two/three others, and other irrelevant leadership positions. I guess knowing anime is a plus, but it is also a minus that I know so much...
