Put A Ring On It (Single Mares, or however the song goes)

When I finished How the Sunset Sparkles I said that I was thinking of a one-shot sequel around Christmas, and now it is out.

Put A Ring On It takes place during season 4s Trade Ya, as Sunset and her little sister search for an engagement ring with which Sunset can ask Twilight to marry her. It's gentle, nice and the ending is reminiscent of Friends a bit.

I know that quite a few people were disappointed with the ending to How the Sunset Sparkles and I appreciate why: the ending was rushed and looking back it was a bit tonally out of sync with what had gone before. Which is why I promise that there will be no Furies in this fic. Please give it a try, you might enjoy it, and I might put out another, longer sequel out afterwards.
