If you work near a bread slicer...

... be sure to wear cut-resistant gloves. Slicing your finger open on rapidly-moving blades is not a fun experience, nor is cleaning the wound afterwords. Safety regulations are there for a reason! I'm lucky that I still have an intact finger, and that it'll be healed up fully within a month, but that's something I hope none of you ever have to experience.

Happy Thanksgiving, MB2 updates, and a question · 11:33pm Nov 27th, 2014

Well, a few things today, but first of is the traditional Thanksgiving greeting to all one's online acquaintances. So here's hoping everyone's having a great day with great food! (protip: pumpkin-flavored ice cream mixed up with ground graham crackers makes a ridiculously easy and delicious desert)

Secondly, I want to apologize for not having an update for The Monster Below 2 this month; trying to get the next chapter just right has been a lot harder than expected, but I hope to have it up within the next two weeks. And speaking of having it up, a thought occured to me a little while back: For those of you who aren't getting notices when the newest chapters go up, would you prefer that I post a new journal when that happens?
