News on Among the Living

Okay, I should probably address this after putting it off for so long, but the main theme of this post is that I have lately been a lazy jerk.

In case you haven't forgotten about my story after all this time without an update, I haven't been putting as much effort into Among the Living as much as I should have, the sad fact being that this was something I definitely did not want to do when setting this project for myself.

The truth is that I decided to do this when it was summer and I simply had nothing to do at the time, and creating this story was a way of passing the time as well as gaining amazing feedback along the way (most valuable lesson I learned this summer: creating is awesome.), but now that I've been back to school for a while now and I actually do have proper work that is taking real time out of my day to complete, especially seeing as I'm starting the real hard stuff now (it is damn exhausting).

Because of this I'm usually spending the time I would usually spend writing to complete coursework, with the only free time I have to either rest for a change or to make some effort of a social life with my friends, but the bottom line is writing has been put down slightly on the list of priorities, at least for the last month, and it is so annoying that I let myself do that, so I apologize.

Actual news I should probably refer to now instead of resorting to lame excuses is that, Among the Living is not dead. I definitely want to make that clear, as a last effort to keep you from giving up.

I repeat, Among the Living is not dead.

I am seriously going to be angry at myself if I let myself give up on what I started, so I promise that I'll really try to get back to writing when I can, because to be honest, I miss creating.

Okay, enough cheesy sentiment, I just thought I owed an explanation to anyone still out there (Shout out to anyone who has stuck around, I really appreciate it).
